THE ORGANIZATION ACTIVELY SERVES ITS CHARITABLE PURPOSE AS A CO-MEMBER WITH METROPOLITAN AREA ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON ANTI-POVERTY OF SAN DIEGO (PREVIOUSLY THE SOLE OWNER OF PJAM, INC. UNTIL 2020. SEE SCHEDULE O FOR FURTHER INFORMATION) IN LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES THAT ARE THE GENERAL PARTNERS OF LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS RECEIVING LOW-INCOME HOUSING TAX CREDITS AND OTHER PUBLIC FINANCING FOR THE ACQUISITION, DEVELOPMENT, AND OPERATION OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENTS THROUGHOUT SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA.
