AMOUNT LISTED IS PROGRAM EXPENSES FOR PROVIDING COMMUNITY BASED RESOURCE NAVIGATION, REFERRALS, AND SUPPORT TO BREAST CANCER PATIENTS. NAVIGATION AND REFERRALS ARE PROVIDED TO ALL WHO CONTACT OUR ORGANIZATION TO ENABLE BREAST CANCER PATIENTS TO ACCESS CARE AND COMPLETE THEIR TREATMENT. SERVICES INCLUDE COORDINATION WITH PARTNER AGENCIES TO PROVIDE CROSS REFERRALS, ASSISTANCE WITH ACCESSING APPLICATIONS FOR GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS, PROVIDING ALL CLIENTS WITH A DETAILED RESOURCE GUIDE OF AVAILABLE PROGRAMS AND SERVICES,MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT,AND ASSESSMENT AND REFERRALS FOR THERAPY AND INTERVENTION AS NEEDED. OUR ORGANIZATION PARTNERS EXTENSIVELY WITH OTHER PROGRAMS AND SERVICES TO ASSIST CALLERS IN ACCESSING ADDITIONAL SERVICES TO ENABLE ACCESS TO TREATMENT.
