NAVIGATION AND REFERRALS ARE PROVIDED TO ALL WHO CONTACT OUR ORGANIZATION TO ENABLE BREAST CANCER PATIENTS TO ACCESS CARE AND COMPLETE THEIR TREATMENT. SERVICES INCLUDE COORDINATION WITH PARTNER AGENCIES TO PROVIDE CROSS REFERRALS, ASSISTANCE WITH ACCESSING APPLICATIONS FOR GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS, PROVIDING ALL CLIENTS WITH A DETAILED RESOURCE GUIDE OF AVAILABLE PROGRAMS AND SERVICES,MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT,AND ASSESSMENT AND REFERRALS FOR THERAPY AND INTERVENTION AS NEEDED.
