ORANGEWOOD MOBILE HOME PARK (ORANGEWOOD) IS LOCATED AT 2160 WEST RIALTO AVENUE IN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA. ORANGEWOOD CONSISTS OF 152 MOBILE HOME SPACES, A SWIMMING POOL, A CLUBHOUSE, CAR WASH AREA, AND A LAUNDRY ROOM ON A 13.04-ACRE SITE. HOMES IN ORANGEWOOD ARE MOSTLY DOUBLEWIDE SPACES AND HAVE AWNINGS AND CONCRETE DRIVEWAYS, AS WELL AS COVERED CARPORTS. THE BUILDINGS WERE CONSTRUCTED AROUND 1958. THE OVERALL RANGE FOR RENTS IS $368 TO $725 PER MONTH WITH AVERAGE RENTS OF $516 PER MONTH.
