CALVCB: CASA DE LA FAMILIA IS DEDICATED TO HELP VICTIMS, AS WELL AS THEIR FAMILIES, WHO HAVE SUFFERED AN EMOTIONAL INJURY AS A RESULT OF A CRIME. IF YOU ARE A VICTIM OF CRIME, OR A FAMILY MEMBER OF A VICTIM, YOU MAY BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE COUNSELING AT CASA DE LA FAMILIA THROUGH THE CALIFORNIA VICTIMS COMPENSATION PROGRAM (CALVCP). CASA DE LA FAMILIA ALSO OFFERS LOW-COST SERVICES FOR THOSE NOT ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE BENEFITS THROUGH THE CALVCB PROGRAM.
CDLF SUPPORTS VICTIMS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING THROUGH PROVIDING PSYCHOLOGICAL COUNSELING, CASE MANAGEMENT, SUPPORT GROUPS, OUTREACH, PSYCHOEDUCATION, AND RELATED SERVICES TO VICTIMS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING IN LOS ANGELES COUNTY AND ORANGE COUNTY. CDLF ALSO LINKS VICTIMS TO OTHER COMMUNITY RESOURCES, SUCH AS LEGAL COUNSELING TEMPORARY HOUSING, AND NECESSITIES LIKE FOOD AND CLOTHING.
PRIVATE: OUR LOW-COST THERAPY PROGRAM GIVES MANY THE OPPORTUNITY TO RECEIVE COUNSELING SERVICES ACCORDING TO THEIR FAMILY INCOME, OFFERING INDIVIDUAL, FAMILY AND GROUP COUNSELING.
CDLF HAS SEVERAL GRANTS WITH THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES,INCLUDING THE DOMESTIC ABUSE RESPONSE TEAM WITH THE OLYMPIC, WILSHIRE, RAMPART PACIFIC, WEST LA, AND JUSTICE CENTER POLICE STATIONS. CDLF, ALSO HOLDS GRANTS WITH THE COUNTY OF ORANGE AND LA DEPT OF MENTAL HEALTH, PERFORMING THE MENTAL HEALTH STIGMA REDUCING PLAY, DE SABIOS Y LOCOS. CDLF ALSO HAS A GRANT WITH THE DOJ SEXUAL ASSAULT, CULTURALLY SPECIFIC SERVICES, PROVIDING MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES.
