IN A DRUG-FREE, STRUCTURED ENVIRONMENT, RESIDENTS WILL DEVELOP SPIRITUAL AND MORAL PRINCIPLES WHICH WILL ASSIST THEM IN BECOMING ALCOHOL AND DRUG-FREE PRODUCTIVE CITIZENS.
