DURING 2023, THE MILWAUKEE WOMEN'S CENTER SERVED 2,113 MEN, WOMEN, AND CHILDREN. SERVICES PROVIDED INCLUDE: EMERGENCY TRANSPORTATION AND SHELTER FOR INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES AFFECTED BY DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND HOMELESSNESS; A 24-HOUR CRISIS HOTLINE; FOOD, CLOTHING, TOILETRIES, AND PERSONAL CARE ITEMS; COUNSELING AND SUPPORT GROUPS TO ADDRESS DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, SUBSTANCE USE DISORDERS, AND HEALTHY PARENTING; SPECIALIZED SERVICES AND SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN AND OLDER ABUSED WOMEN; CASE MANAGEMENT TO HELP THOSE IN OUR CARE MEET THEIR HOUSING, EMPLOYMENT, LEGAL, AND OTHER BASIC NEEDS; BATTERERS' PREVENTION AND INTERVENTION EDUCATION; FATHERHOOD PROGRAMMING; INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER TREATMENT; AND CAREER APPROPRIATE FREE CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES TO MEN AND WOMEN SEEKING EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES.
