EXCLUSIVELY RAISE FUNDS TO SPONSOR AN ANNUAL INDENENDENCE DAY FIREWORKS DISPLAY FOR THE LAKE ORION COMMUNITY WITHIN THE MEANING OF 501(C)(4) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986 (AS AMENDED) OR THE CORRESPONDING PROVISION OF ANY FUTURE UNITED STATES INTERNAL REVENUE LAW. 2. TO EXERCISE SUCH OF THE RIGHTS, POWER, DUTIES AND AUTHORITY OF NONPROFIT CORPORATION ORGANIZED UNDER THE NONPROFIT CORPORATION ACT OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN WHICH ARE CONSISTENT WITH THE PRECEDING PARAGRAPH. 3.
