THE BUSINESS FACADE REBATE AND PAINT PROGRAM WAS DESIGNED TO HELP BUSINESS WITH EXTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS. THE ELIGIBLE REHABILITATION ACTIVITIES INCLUDE, DOORS, WINDOWS, ROOFS, SIGNAGE, FENCING, PAINTING, SIDING, PORCHES, INSULATION, SIDEWALKS, LANDSCAPE AND MORE.
THE COMMUNITY AND RESIDENTIAL ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM WAS DESIGNED TO HELP THE LAPORTE COMMUNITY BY REPAIRING CITY SIDEWALKS, REVITALIZING LAPORTE CITY PARKS AND FUND VARIOUS RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS.
THE FARMERS MARKET PROGRAM WAS DESIGNED TO ASSIST IN THE CREATION OF A VIBRANT FARMER'S MARKET WITHIN THE ENTERPRISE ZONE TO PROVIDE THE COMMUNITY THE OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE REGIONALLY GROWN FOOD AND LOCALLY MADE ARTS AND CRAFTS.
