IN ALL PHASES OF EMPLOYEE REWARD PROGRAMS INCLUDING COMPENSATION, WAGES, SALARIES, AND INCENTIVES, EMPLOYEE BENEFITS AND OTHER RELATED FORMS OF EMPLOYEE REMUNERATION.TO ENCOURAGE, PROMOTE, AND PUBLISH RESEARCH IN THE FIELD OF EMPLOYEEMOTIVATION, MORALE, BEHAVIOR, PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL, INNOVATIVE PAY ANDREWARD SYSTEMS, PRODUCTIVITY MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES AND OTHER FUNCTIONSRELATIVE TO COMPENSATION.

MEMBERSHIP AND OTHER: INCLUDES ALL ANNUAL DUES AND FEES PAID TO THE ORGANIZATION BY MORE THAN 16,000 MEMBERS. THROUGH MEMBERSHIPS, SUBSCRIBERS RECEIVED THE MONTHLY MAGAZINE, WORKSPAN, ACCESS TO WORLDATWORK DATABASES AND RESOURCES, AND REDUCED PRICES ON COURSES AND SEMINARS.


CONFERENCES: WORLDATWORK HOSTS A TOTAL REWARDS CONFERENCE ANNUALLY, AS WELL AS SMALLER, REGIONAL CONFERENCES. REVENUES INCLUDE REGISTRATION FEES, SPONSORSHIP FEES, AND EXHIBIT HALL BOOTH FEES.
