THE PURPOSE AND PROGRAM OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO ACCEPT AND ADMINISTER SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS ASSISTING AT LEAST ONE STUDENT AT EACH OF 25 SCHOOLS, COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES. DURING THE PAST YEAR 55 SCHOLARSHIPS WERE AWARDED.
DURING THE YEAR, ALL OF THE REMAINING ASSETS OF THE ORGANIZATION WAS TRANSFERRED TO THE CHARITABLE FOUNDATION OF THE GRAND LODGE OF OHIO A SECTION 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION. THE FUNDS WILL CONTINUE BE USED TO FUND SCHOLARSHIPS FOR QUALIFED INDIVIDUALS.
