FUNDS RAISED FROM THE TROY NOON OPTIMISTS CLUB AVENUE OF FLAGS PROJECT ARE AVAILABLE TO GROUPS OR INDIVIDUALS WHO WORK TO PROMOTE OPTIMISM IN THE YOUNG PEOPLE OF TROY. SOME OF THESE DONATIONS ARE DIRECTLY LINKED TO THE AMOUNT OF VOLUNTEER WORK PROVIDED TO THE CLUB. PART OF THE FUNDS RAISED WAS USED TO SUPPORT VARIOUS OTHER INITIATIVES IN MIAMI COUNTY THAT BENEFIT ACTIVITIES AND PROVIDED FIVE COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS FOR OUTSTANDING GRADUATING TROY HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS. THE TOTAL NUMBER OF LIVES TOUCHED BY ALL THE FUNDS IS NOT ABLE TO BE CALCULATED.
