THE USO KEEPS AMERICAN'S MILITARY SERVICE MEMBERS CONNECTED TO FAMILY, HOME AND COUNTRY THROUGHOUT THEIR SERVICE TO THE NATION.

Describe the Organization's Program Activity:

Part 3 - Line 4a

PROVIDE FURNISHINGS, COMPUTERS, SNACKS, AND DRINKS FOR THREE AIRPORT MILITARY LOUNGES AND PERSONNEL PROCESSING CENTER. ORGANIZATION SERVED APPROXIMATELY 138,500 MILITARY PERSONNEL AND THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS. THE ESTIMATED VALUE OF RENT FREE SPACE IN AIRPORT FACILITIES IS $66,144.


FINANCIAL SUPPORT PROVIDED TO OHIO MILITARY KIDS WHICH PROVIDES CAMPS FOR DEPENDENTS OF MILITARY PERSONNEL. ATTENDANCE AT THE VARIOUS EVENTS INVOLVED OVER 2,500 CHILDREN AND ADULTS.


FINANCIAL REQUESTS TO ASSIST MILITARY PERSONNELL AND MILITARY UNITS FOR VARIOUS NEEDS. SUPPORT PROVIDED INVOLVED 7,460 MILITARY MEMBERS AND 3,832 FAMILY MEMBERS OF MILITARY MEMBERS.
