THE KNOX COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE IS A PRIVATE BUSINESS ORGANIZATION AND SERVES AS A VEHICLE THROUGH WHICH THE BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL COMMUNITY ARE ORGANIZED TO WORK TOGETHER TO DEFINE AND SOLVE COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ISSUES AS WELL AS TO NETWORK AND SUPPORT EACH OTHER. THE CHAMBER FACILITATES POOLING THESE RESOURCES TO PROVIDE BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OTHERWISE UNAVAILABLE TO A BUSINESS ON ITS OWN. THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE ALSO INITIATES COLLABORATIONS AMONG MUNICIPALITIES, BUSINESSES AND THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE.
