LIVE MUSIC EVENTS THAT WERE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC INCLUDED 12 MUSIC EVENTS IN 2021 AT THE ARCADE THEATER. THE FRIENDS PAID FOR THE SOUND MAN AND SECURITY FOR EACH EVENT. THESE EVENTS SHOWCASE LOCAL AND REGIONAL WHO ARE WORKING TO BECOME BETTER KNOWN AND TO BECOME PROFESSIONALS. FRIENDS SELL THE TICKETS AND ARE AVAILABLE DURING THE SHOWS. DUE TO RESTRICTIONS OF COVID 19, THE NUMBER OF SHOWS AND ATTENDANCE WAS LIMITED AND TOTAL VISITORS AND GROUP TOURS DROPPED FROM 6,151 IN 2019 TO 1,051 IN 2020 BUT HAD INCREASED TO 5,575 IN 2021.
OPERATION OF THE DELTA MUSIC MUSEUM AND GIFT SHOP - OPEN DAILY AND FREE TO THE PUBLIC. FEATURES VARIOUS EXHIBITS AND MEMORIBILIA OF ARTISTS WHO ARE ASSOCIATED WITH THE DELTA AREA. THE MUSEUM HOSTED 5,575 VISITORS IN 2021.
