TREE OPERATIONS: INITIAL ACTIVITIES INVOLVE THE COMMUNITY OUTREACH AND ENGAGEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH FINDING NEW TREE INSTALLATION LOCATIONS. LOCATION STRATEGY IS IN DIRECT RELATION TO THE LACK OF INVESTMENT IN COMMUNITIES AND LACK OF CANOPY COVERAGE OF SAID NEIGHBORHOODS. PROCUREMENT, INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE, PRUNING, AND TRACKING OF TREES ARE FUNDAMENTAL TO THE TREE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT SCOPE OF WORK.
CASEY TREE FARM: ACTIVITIES GEARED TOWARD THE PRODUCTION OF TREES AND STRENGTHENING OF CASEY TREES' SUPPORT NETWORK.
COMMUNICATIONS & DEVELOPMENT: THE COMMUNICATIONS AND DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT CONNECTS PEOPLE TO TREES, THROUGH TREES, AND TO CASEY TREES.
