THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH MEDICAL, SURGICAL, AND AUDIOLOGICAL OUTREACH MISSIONS COMBINED WITH PATIENT EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF LOCAL PHYSICIANS AND MEDICAL PERSONNEL.
