DEEP INVESTMENT PARTNER FUNDING$391,752 WAS AWARDED TO ORGANIZATIONS HEALTHPATH HAS PARTNERED WITH TO ADDRESS COMMUNITY NEEDS IN THE AREAS OF SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELING, FOOD SECURITY, WORKFORCE, ORAL HEALTH INTEGRATION, AND MEDICAL DIRECT SERVICE.
COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS FUNDINGHEALTHPATH PROVIDED $200,000 IN SMALL GRANTS THROUGHOUT THE 36-COUNTY SERVICE AREA ACROSS OHIO. COMMUNITY REVIEW PANELS HELP TO REVIEW THE GRANT APPLICATIONS AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE HEALTHPATH BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
