IS A MASSACHUSETTS NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION, WHICH WAS ORGANIZED TO PROVIDE TEN ELDERLY INDIVIDUALS WITH HOUSING FACILITIES AND SERVICES AT THE INN'S MENINO HOUSE AT GENEVA AVENUE IN BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS. SECTION 202 FUNDING WAS PROVIDED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT TO DEVELOP THIS PROPERTY. AS A RELATED PARTY TO THE PINE STREET INN, INC. PINE STREET INN HOUSING II, INC.'S MISSION IS TO PARTNER WITH HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS TO HELP THEM MOVE FROM THE STREET AND SHELTER TO A HOME AND ASSIST FORMERLY HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS IN RETAINING HOUSING THROUGH PROVIDING SUPPORTIVE HOUSING SERVICES.
