THE PHILADELPHIA AREA DISC ALLIANCE PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES TO LEARN, TEACH, AND PLAY ULTIMATE FRISBEE WHILE FOSTERING COMMUNITY, CHARACTER, AND COMPETITION WITHIN THE GREATER PHILADELPHIA REGION.

PHILADELPHIA DISC ALLIANCE (PADA) RAN 20 SEASONAL DISC SPORT LEAGUES AND 2 TOURNAMENTS THAT ENGAGED OVER 1000 PLAYERS AGES 6-60 IN THE GREATER PHILADELPHIA, NEW JERSEY, AND DELAWARE REGIONS.


IN 2020 WE CREATED A DISC GOLF COURSE AT OUR MAIN CAMPUS AT EDGELY. IN 2021 WE EMBRACED THIS UPDATE AND CREATED A YEAR-ROUND LEAGUE AROUND THE NEW COURSE. THE COURSE REMAINS FREE FOR ALL PARK-USERS TO USE AND WE ESTIMATE OVER 1,000 UNIQUE VISITORS A YEAR. HOWEVER, TAGS LEAGUES WAS AN OFFICIAL WEEKLY LEAGUE WHERE FOLKS CAME TOGETHER AND COMPETED


IN AUGUST 2021, PADA HOSTED A YOUTH SUMMER CAMP AT EDGELY FOR STUDENTS ENTERING MIDDLE SCHOOL AND HIGH SCHOOL THE FOLLOWING ACADEMIC YEAR. OUR ADULT MEMBERS RAISED OVER $7,000 TO HELP SUBSIDIZE THESE COSTS FOR STUDENTS.
