BRIGHTON PROPERTIES, INC. ASSISTS INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN OBTAINING SELF-SUFFICIENCY BY DEVELOPING HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES THAT BRING STABILITY TO FAMILIES, INDIVIDUALS, AND COMMUNITIES. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED BY DEVELOPING QUALITY AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR BOTH RENTAL AND PURCHASE; EFFECTIVELY MANAGING RENTAL PROPERTIES WHICH ENSURE DECENT, SAFE, AND ACCESSIBLE LIVING CONDITIONS; AND DEVELOPING AND MAINTAINING QUALITY SERVICE ENVIRONMENTS THAT ASSIST BRIGHTON CENTER IN ACHIEVING ITS MISSION. BRIGHTON PROPERTIES OWNS/MAINTAINS 9 SERVICE FACILITIES HOUSING BRIGHTON CENTER PROGRAMS RANGING FROM EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE TO EMERGENCY SHELTER. BRIGHTON PROPERTIES PROVIDES AND OVERSEES 291 HOUSING UNITS FOR INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES OF WHICH 207 UNITS ARE DESIGNATED FOR SENIORS AND 12 UNITS FOR DISABLED INDIVIDUALS. IN FY 2022, BRIGHTON PROPERTIES SERVED 753 INDIVIDUALS WITH AFFORDABLE, SAFE, HIGH-QUALITY HOUSING.
