CINCINNATI JUNIOR ROWING CLUB IS A YOUTH ROWING ORGANIZATION PROMOTING ROWING FOR AREA JUNIOR HIGH AND HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS. THE CLUB PROVIDES THE FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT, AND COACHES TO TRAIN THE STUDENTS IN ORDER TO COMPETE IN AREA REGATTAS.

CINCINNATI JUNIOR ROWING CLUB IS AN OLYMPIC DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION FOCUSED ON PROMOTING ROWING FOR AREA JUNIOR HIGH AND HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS. THE CUB HAS DEVELOPED THREE OLYMPIANS SINCE ITS INCEPTION. THE CLUB PROVIDES THE FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT, AND COACHES TO TRAIN THE STUDENTS TO COMPETE IN AREA REGATTAS. WE CURRENTLY HAVE OVER 100 STUDENTS PARTICIPATING IN OUR PROGRAM YEAR-AROUND. OUR OBJECTIVES ARE: 1) BE ONE OF THE DOMINANT PROGRAMS IN THE MIDWEST REGION (INCLUDING CONTINUING TO MEDAL AT NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS), 2) KEEP OUR OPERATING COSTS AND RELATED DUES AS LOW AS POSSIBLE TO ENABLE AS MANY ROWERS TO PARTICIPATE AS POSSIBLE. WE BELIEVE THIS CREATES A COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE FOR CJRC VERSUS OTHER CLUBS, AND 3) ENABLE THE KIDS TO LEARN, COMPETE AND HAVE FUN.
