POTENTIAL LEADERS FROM VARIOUS GEOGRAPHIC, OCCUPATION AND ECONOMIC SEGMENTS OF THE COUNTY ARE ENROLLED IN A PROGRAM WHICH IS DESIGNED TO DEVELOP INTO A NETWORK OF CIVIC-ORIENTED LEADERS WHO ARE INTERESTED IN HELPING THE FUTURE OF CLINTON COUNTY. THE CLINTON COUNTY AREA HAS A POPULATION OF APPROXIMATELY 45,000 PEOPLE.
