NEW RAPIDLY-DEVELOPING FOOD TECHNOLOGIES AND MARKETING INNOVATIONS CHALLENGE ALL GROUPS INVOLVED IN FOOD PRODUCTION AND MONITORING TO WORK TOGETHER TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF OUR FOOD SUPPLY. THE CONFERENCE FOR FOOD PROTECTION MEETS AT LEAST BIENNIALLY IN ORDER TO PROVIDE THIS FORUM.
