TO EXECUTE GRANT CONTRACTS - INCLUDING OVERSIGHT OF SNAP OUTREACH ACTIVITIES AMONG CONTRACTED FOOD BANKS, IN SERVING FOOD-INSECURE FAMILIES, FRIENDS, COLLEAGUES, AND NEIGHBORS WITHIN OUR STATEWIDE FOOD BANK NETWORK.
