SAINT JOSEPH'S TOWER (AKA SANCTUARY AT TRINITY TOWER) IS LOCATED IN SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AND OFFERS 84 AFFORDABLE INDEPENDENT LIVING UNITS FOR SELF-RELIANT, LOW INCOME SENIOR RESIDENTS UNDER THE HUD SECTION 8 PROGRAM. RESIDENTS ARE ELDERS OR DISABLED ADULTS WHO ARE GENERALLY HEALTHY AND ABLE TO CARE FOR THEMSELVES, CAN COMMUNICATE WITH DOCTORS AND CAREGIVERS BY THEMSELVES, PREFER TO LIVE AMONG THEIR PEERS AND NO LONGER CHOOSE TO MAINTAIN A HOUSE.
