METROPOLITAN SWIMMING HOLDS MEETS AND OTHER EVENTS TO PROMOTE, DEVELOP AND IMPROVE COMPETITIVE SWIMMING. METRO HAS OVER 10,000 REGISTERED ATHLETES PARTICIPATING ON MORE THAN 80 CLUBS. COMPETITION IS AVAILABLE FOR ALL ABILITY LEVELS FROM NOVICE TO NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP.
METROPOLITAN SWIMMING PROMOTES COMPETITIVE SWIMMING THROUGH A VARIETY OF ADDITIONAL PROGRAMS. METRO PROVIDES TRAVEL STIPENDS TO SWIMMERS QUALIFYING AT THE NATIONAL LEVEL, SPONSORS A CLUB EXCELLENCE AND DIVERSITY PROGRAM AND PROVIDES TRAINING FOR OFFICIALS AND COACHES.
