CHILD CARE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING AND COACHING: 4C PROVIDES EDUCATION TRAINING AND COACHING TO TEACHERS, DIRECTORS, AND CHILD CARE PROVIDERS. IN 2021, 4C PROVIDED 928 TRAINING WORKSHOPS FOR 14,865 EARLY CHILDHOOD PROFESSIONALS. 4C ALSO PROVIDED COACHING TO 1,326 CHILD CARE PROGRAMS SERVING 43,714 CHILDREN THROUGH 16,530 COACHING VISITS AND GRADUATED 178 CHILD CARE PROFESSIONALS IN THE CHILD DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE PREPARATION PROGRAM. 4C HELPS PREPARE CHILD CARE PROGRAMS TO ACHIEVE QUALITY RATINGS IN OHIO'S STEP UP TO QUALITY SYSTEM.

4C'S CHILD NUTRITION PROGRAM ADMINISTERS THE FEDERAL MEAL REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM FOR CHILD CARE PROVIDERS. THE PROGRAM MAKES IT POSSIBLE FOR CHILDREN TO RECEIVE HEALTHY, NUTRITIOUS MEALS WHILE IN CHILD CARE AND DEVELOP HEALTHY EATING HABITS AT AN EARLY AGE.
