EDUCATION - PROVIDES PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES AND CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES TO MEMBERS IN ORDER TO SATISFY THE LICENSING REQUIREMENTS OF THE OHIO DIVISION OF REAL ESTATE. THERE WERE 338 COURSES OFFERED IN-PERSON AND ONLINE THROUGHOUT 2022. THESE COURSES HAD A TOTAL OF 2,880 ATTENDEES.


CIRCLE OF EXCELLENCE - RAGC'S CIRCLE OF EXCELLENCE IS AN ELITE CLUB OF CINCINNATI'S TOP AGENTS. EACH YEAR WE HONOR THOSE WHO HAVE EXCELLED WITH OUTSTANDING RESIDENTIAL SALES PERFORMANCE. EACH APPLICANT MUST HAVE CLOSED A MINIMUM OF $3,500,000 IN SALES VOLUME AS A RESULT OF THE APPLICANT'S PARTICIPATION IN SELLING, LISTING, REFERRAL FEES AND TIP FEES RELATED TO THE SALE OF REAL ESTATE DURING THE RECOGNITION PERIOD. 671 AGENTS WERE HONORED THROUGH THE CIRCLE OF EXCELLENCE.
