THRIFT SHOP: THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES A VOLUNTEER RUN THRIFT SHOP ABOARD THE MILITARY INSTALLATION, SELLING DONATED HOUSEHOLD ITEMS TO FUND VARIOUS COMMANDER FLEET ACTIVITIES SASEBO (CFAS) GROUPS AND ACTIVITIES, AND THE SSC SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS PROGRAM.
SCHOLARSHIPS: THE ORGANIZATION SELECTED SIX STUDENTS FOR SCHOLARSHIPS IN THE SUMMER OF 2018, FOR TOTAL DISBURSEMENTS OF $20,000.
MEMBER EVENTS: SOCIAL EVENTS SCHEDULED ONCE A MONTH ON WEDNESDAY (FROM SEPTEMBER THROUGH MAY) GIVE MEMBERS THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPERIENCE THE JAPANESE CULTURE AND EXPLORE AREAS IN AND AROUND SASEBO.
