NOSCO OPERATES THE FGS WHICH SELLS UNIQUE GIFTS AND NOVELTY ITEMS TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES AND THEIR FAMILIES.
THE NAVAL OFFICERS' SPOUSES' CLUB OF OKINAWA (NOSCO) WAS ESTABLISHED FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING THE GENERAL WELFARE OF BOTH JAPANESE AND AMERICAN CHARITIES.
