APPLICATION AND SUCCESSFUL FUNDING AWARD OF A SUBSTANCE ABUSE MENTAL HEALTH SERVICE ADMINISTRATION (SAMHSA) NATIONAL CHILD TRAUMATIC STRESS NETWORK (NCTSN) CATEGORY II GRANT TO CREATE THE COMPLEX TRAUMA TRAINING CONSORTIUM. THE FOUNDATION TRUST TOOK THE LEAD IN GRANT WRITING AND PROJECT DESIGN AND IS THE LARGEST SUBAWARD RECIPIENT OF THIS GRANT 5-YEAR GRANT (2021-2026) TO ESTABLISH A NATIONAL NETWORK OF 200+ COMPLEX TRAUMA TRAINERS ACROSS 60 FIELD SITES (ALL 50 STATES, DC, THE 5 US TERRITORIES AND THE 4 LARGEST US METROPOLITAN REGIONS). OUTLINED A 20 MODULE TRAINER-TRAINING CURRICULUM, IDENTIFIED CONTENT EXPERTS TO DEVELOP TRAINING MODULES, AND SELECTED INITIAL COHORT OF 16 TRAINER-TRAINING FIELD SITES TO LAUNCH A FEASABILITY PILOT BETWEEN YEARS 1-2. FOUNDATION TRUST EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OVERSEES THIS PROJECT, FOUNDATION TRUST MANAGER SERVES AS ONE OF TWO PROJECT COORDINATORS, AND FOUNDATION TRUST SENIOR TRAINING ASSOCIATES SERVE AS DEVELOPERS OF TWO OF THE 20 MODULES.

MAINTENANCE AND CONTINUED CONTENT DEVELOPMENT FOR COMPLEXTRAUMA.ORG, A COMPREHENSIVE INFORMATION AND RESOURCE WEBSITE ON CAUSES, EFFECTS, AND INTERVENTION RESPONSES TO INTERPERSONAL VIOLENCE AND TRAUMA DEVELOPED CONSUMERS, SURVIVORS, FAMILY MEMBERS, LOVED ONES, EDUCATORS AND MULTIDISCIPLINARY PROVIDERS. THE COMPLEXTRAUMA.ORG RESOURCE WEBSITE HAD 53,103 VISITORS IN 2021, INCLUDING 29,980 VISITORS FROM ACROSS THE UNITED STATES AND 23,123 FROM 171 COUNTRIES WORLDWIDE. IN ADDITION TO 187,301 PAGE VIEWS IN 2021, THERE WERE 4,941 DOWNLOADS OF PSYCHOEDUCATIONAL ARTICLES AND OTHER PRINT RESOURCES AND 2,275 VIEWS OF PSYCHOEDUCATIONAL VIDEOS. THE REACH OF OUR EDUCATIONAL RESOURCE INCREASED EXPONENTIALLY SINCE LAUNCHING THIS WEBSITE IN 2009. NUMBER OF TOTAL WEBSITE VISITORS INCREASED 2,564%, NUMBER OF US VISITORS INCREASED 1,563% AND INTERNATIONAL VISITORS INCREASED 3,898%.
