Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
Part 3 - Line 4a
THERE WERE ROLLING CHANGES IN THESE THREE PANDEMIC YEARS - ONE CHANGE CAME UPON ANOTHER. ADAPTION AND STREAMLINING HELPED US IMPROVE EFFICIENCY. FRANKLY, THERE DOES NOT EXIST A PROCESS OR PROCEDURE THAT WE DID NOT ALTER OR MODIFY IN SOME WAY. BY WORKING THROUGH LOGISTICAL OBSTACLES WE IMPROVED IN EVERY WAY IN TERMS OF MOVING VERY LARGE QUANTITIES OF THE FOOD IN AND BACK OUT TO OUR PEOPLE IN NEED. AS THE PANDEMIC HAS CURTAILED VOLUNTEERING TO SOME EXTENT, WE RENEWED OUR EFFORTS TO MAKE SURE OUR VOLUNTEER PROGRAM HAS SURVIVED AND STRENGTHENED. COVID-19 GRANT FUNDING MADE HIRING TWO NEW STAFF POSSIBLE. OUR NEWER EMPLOYEES BRING NEW PERSPECTIVE AND IDEAS, WHICH ALWAYS MAKE FOR A MORE ROBUST OPERATION. OF COURSE, THE PANDEMIC CHANGED EVERYTHING. AS I MENTIONED, EVERY ONE OF OUR PROCESSES UNDERWENT CHANGE. AND IN THE LONG RUN, I BELIEVE WE ARE IN A BETTER POSITION TO BRING FOOD TO PEOPLE IN NEED. WE HAVE A FANTASTIC PAID STAFF, AND A VOLUNTEER GROUP THAT HAS SUSTAINED AND EVOLVED TO MORE VOLUNTEERS AS TIME PROCEEDED.
