TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUTH TO COMPETE IN QUALITY BASEBALL PROGRAMS AND TO IMPROVE THEIR BASEBALL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS; ASSIST PLAYERS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF ATTRIBUTES WHICH WILL HELP THEM BE SUCCESSFUL IN LIFE, INCLUDING A SOLID WORK ETHIC, SELF-DISCIPLINE, GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP, TEAMWORK AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY; HELP PROVIDE EXPOSURE TO PLAYERS WITH PHYSICAL TALENT TO PLAY AT A HIGHER LEVEL OF BASEBALL AND TO FACILITATE OPPORTUNITIES FOR THOSE PLAYERS AT THE NEXT LEVEL.
