DATA MANAGEMENT FEES: THESE ARE FEES THAT ORGANIZATIONS PAY FOR THE ABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE HEALTH INFORMATION EXCHANGE (HIE). IN ADDITION, HIE PARTICIPANTS GAIN ACCESS TO EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDING EVENTS AND WEBINARS, AS WELL AS UPDATES FROM THE HEALTH INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (HIT) COMMUNITY. PARTICIPANTS ALSO RECEIVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO CONTRIBUTE TO VARIOUS COUNCILS AND WORKGROUPS RELATING TO HIE.
HCPF HAAS:THIS PROGRAM SUPPORTS THE CARE COORDINATION OF THE MEDICAID POPULATION FOR THE STATE MEDICAID AGENCY. HAAS IS AN ACRONYM THAT STANDS FOR HEALTH INFORMATION EXCHANGE AS A SERVICE. UNDER THIS PROGRAM WE PROVIDE THE STATE MEDICAID AGENCY AND THE REGIONAL ACCOUNTABLE ENTITIES (RAES) ACCESS TO ADMIT DISCHARGE AND TRANSFER DATA (ADT) TO IMPROVE CARE COORDINATION FOR THEIR BENEFICIARIES. THIS PROGRAMS ALSO PROVIDES TECHNICAL CONNECTIVITY DOLLARS THAT COVER THE IMPLEMENTATION FEES FOR MEDICAID ELIGIBLE PROVIDERS TO CONNECT TO MANY OF CORHIO'S HIE PRODUCTS.
ONC IMMUNIZATION:THIS IS A GRANT PROGRAM THAT FOCUSES ON PROVIDING A VARIETY OF INSIGHTS TO COMBAT THE COVID PANDEMIC. THE PROGRAM INCLUDES DASHBOARD DEVELOPMENT, SHARING OF INFORMATION ACROSS HIE PARTNERS AND VARIOUS OTHER MEANINGFUL EFFORTS.
