IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE LOCAL CHURCH, OKOA REFUGE EXISTS TO GLORIFY CHRIST THROUGH STABILIZING THE FAMILY UNIT AND TRANSFORMING ENTIRE COMMUNITIES THROUGH HEALTHCARE, CHILDCARE, CHURCH PLANTING, BIBLE TRAINING, SKILL TRAINING FOR THE DISABLED, RELATIONSHIPS, AND HUMANITARIAN OUTREACH.

OKOA REFUGE PROVIDES SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS THROUGH PROVIDING HUMANITARIAN CARE, ACCESS TO HEALTHCARE, AND SPIRITUAL TRAINING/DISCIPLESHIP. THROUGH HUMANITARIAN CARE IT OPERATES AN ORPHANAGE WHILE PRIORITIZING REHOMING WHEN HEALTHY AND POSSIBLE, OFFERS ASSISTANCE TO THOSE WHO ARE DISABLED, PROVIDES AN ALTERNATIVE LIVING OPTION AND CAREER TRAINING FOR THOSE DESIRING TO LEAVE THE SEX TRADE, AND OTHER COMPASSIONATE ACTS LIKE CONSTRUCTING MUD KITCHENS FOR A FAMILY IN NEED OR BEING AN ADVOCATE TO THOSE WHO CAN'T SPEAK UP FOR THEMSELVES. IT OPERATES A SMALL MEDICAL CLINIC TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO PRIMARY CARE, MEDICAL ASSISTANCE DEVICES TO THE DISABLED, AND BRINGS COMPASSION AND LOVE TO THOSE WHO COME TO THE CLINIC FOR CARE.
