BEACHES CHRISTIAN CORP AND BEACHES ELDERLY HOUSING OWN AND OPERATE APARTMENT COMPLEXES PROVIDING HOUSING FOR RENT TO LOW INCOME ELDERLY PERSONS AS DEFINED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT.
