3 YEARS AGO A PRIVATE MEDICAL PRACTICE WAS PURCHASED AND CONVERTED INTO A NON-PROFIT COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER MANAGED BY THE NEW CEO. THE CEO CONTINUED PROVIDING EXISTING MEDICAL SERVICES AND EXPANDED SERVICES TO REFLECT THE COMMUNITY'S NEEDS. THE MANAGEMENT CHANGED TO COMPLY WITH FQHC GUIDELINES AND QUALITY MEASURES WHICH INCLUDED RELOCATION TO A LARGER FACILITY WITHIN THE ZIPCODE, ADDITIONAL PROVIDERS, AND A PEDIATRIC PROGRAM OFFERING ONSIGHT IMMUNIZATIONS.
