DEVELOP A STATE PLAN FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING (SPIL) THROUGH EXTERNAL INPUT, IN COOPERATION WITH VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION WHICH ENSURES INDEPENDENT LIVING FOR MISSOURIANS.2.ADVOCATE FOR THE ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF THE STATE PLAN IL OBJECTIVES.3.MONITOR, REVIEW, AND EVALUATE THE IMPLEMENTATIONS OF THE SPIL.4.BE A STATEWIDE CATALYST FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING; SUPPORTING THE CILS AND ADVOCATING FOR DISABILITY RIGHTS AND RELATED ISSUES.
