OPERATED FAMILY REUNIFICATION PROGRAM IN PARTNERSHIP WITH DHR, THE YMCA AND FAMILY COURT OF JEFFERSON COUNTY TO ADDRESS LONG-STAYER FOSTER CARE PLACEMENTS AND IMPLEMENT REUNIFICATION STRATEGIES FOR DEPENDENT CHILDREN IN PARTNERSHIP WITH NON-CUSTODIAL PARENTS AND FOSTER CARE PROVIDERS. ON AUGUST 1, 2021, OPERATIONS OF FAMILY REUNIFICATION PROGRAM WERE TRANSFERRED TO IMPACT FAMILY COUNSELING, AN EXISTING CPC PARTNER.


GENERAL SUPPORT AND INFORMATION TO THE COMMUNITY WHILE CONDUCTING COMMUNITY-BASED ASSESSMENT AND ANALYSIS OF THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN THROUGHOUT JEFFERSON COUNTY, PROVIDING TRAINING AND TOOLS FOR ADVOCACY AND PUBLIC POLICY MONITORING AND COMMUNICATION, AND WORKING TOGETHER ACROSS DISCIPLINES TO ENSURE SAFETY FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE VICTIMS, ACCOUNTABILITY FOR PERPETRATORS, AND TO CHANGE THE CLIMATE IN THE COMMUNITY TO REDUCE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE


ASSISTING INFANTS AND MOTHERS WITH ASSESSMENT, SAFE CARE PLANS AND RECOVERY SUPPORT WHO ARE SUBSTANCE INVOLVED BY FOCUSING ON THEIR SAFETY AND WELL-BEING. IN COLLABORATION WITH FAMILY COURT, CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES, RECOVERY, MATERNAL & CHILD HEALTH PROVIDERS, CARE COORDINATION AND COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS HELP EQUIP MOTHERS TO KEEP THEIR FAMILIES INTACT THROUGH SUPPORT, SERVICES AND RESOURCES. THE DAILY OPERATIONAL FUNCTIONS WERE TRANSFERRED TO JEFFERSON COUNTY RESOURCE CENTER EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2022. CPC RETAINED POLICY AND PROCEDURE ISSUES AND THE OUTSTATE EXPANSION OF THE PROGRAM.


COORDINATING COMMUNITY RESPONSE AMONG LAW ENFORCEMENT, CHILD WELFARE AND JUDICIAL OFFICIALS TO RESCUE AND RESTORE THE LIVES OF VICTIMS OF CHILD TRAFFICKING. THESE FUNCTIONS WERE TRANSFERRED TO CHILDRENS AID SOCIETY, AN EXISTING CPC PARTNER.
