STATE FOOD PURCHASING PROGRAM - PURCHASE FOOD FROM ARKANSAS COMPANIES AND VENDORS AND DISTRIBUTION THROUGH THE CHARITABLE FOOD SYSTEM IN ARKANSAS AND TO PROVIDE CAPACITY BUILDING GRANTS TO ENSURE THAT THE STATE HAS AN ADEQUATE FOOD DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM.
