CHARITY HOSPICE IS A NON-PROFIT HOSPICE AND PALLIATIVE CARE PROGRAM SERVING PATIENTS IN THEIR OWN HOMES, NURSING HOMES, PERSONAL CARE HOMES OR ASSISTED LIVING FACILITIES. WE PROVIDE INPATIENT CARE AS NEEDED FOR RESPITE OR GENERAL INPATIENT SERVICES.
CHARITY HOSPICE FOLLOWS THE BEREAVED FOR 13 MONTHS AFTER THE PATIENTS DEATH, VIA PHONE CALLS, MAILINGS AND PERSONAL VISITS. WE ALSO PROVIDE COMMUNITY OUTREACH FOR FUNERAL HOMES, SPONSOR LUNCHEONS AND SUPPORT GROUPS FOR OUR FAMILIES AND THE COMMUNITY IN GENERAL.
