THE INSTITUTE OF THE BLACK WORLD 21ST CENTURY IS COMMITTED TO THE CAPACITY OF BLACK COMMUNITIES IN THE U.S. TO WORK FOR THE SOCIAL, POLITICAL, ECONOMIC, ECONOMIC AND CULTURAL UPLIFTMENT, THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE GLOBAL BLACK COMMUNITY AND AN ENHANCED QUALITY OF LIFE FOR MARGINALIZED PEOPLE.

DRUG POLICY INITIATIVE DRUG ABUSE AND EDUCATION ARE AMONG THE ISSUES FREQUENTLY DISCUSSED IN ADDITION TO THE WAR ON DRUGS, VIOLENCE IN THE COMMUNITY AND THE PRISON-JAIL INDUSTRIAL PRISON COMPLEX.


REPARATION INITIATIVE-BRING TOGETHER PARTICIPANTS FROM TWENTY COUNTRIES I NTHE CARRIBEAN, EUROPE, CENTRAL, AND SOUTH AMERICA, CANADA AND THE USA TO STRENGHTEN THE GLOBAL MOVEMENT TO PROVIDE REPARATIONS TO REPAIR THE DAMAGES INFLICTED ON THE PEOPLE OF AFRICAN DESCENT EVERYWHERE.


LOCAL AND NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL FORUMS, SEMINARS & TOWN MEETINGS. TO CREATE PUBLIC AWARENESS AROUND A RANGE OF ISSUES AFFECTING THE BLACK COMMUNITY, E.G. STATUS OF PUBLIC EDUCAION, HEALTH DISPARITIES, AFFORDABLE HOUSING, POLICIES MIS-CONDUCT, CRIME/VIOLENCE, PRISION-JAIL, INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX, VOTER REGISTRATION AND DRUG ABUSE AND EDUCATION.
