KIDS DISCOVERY MUSEUM IS A HUB FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT, CREATING EXPERIENCES CENTERED ON PLAYFUL LEARNING THAT SUPPORTS THE BROADER COMMUNITY AND CHILDREN'S CURRENT AND EMERGING NEEDS. THE MUSEUM ALSO PROVIDES A VENUE FOR A WIDE SPECTRUM OF VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES. THE MUSEUM HAD 5,995 VISITORS IN 2021. THEIR MISSION IS TO SPARK CHILDREN'S CURIOSITY THROUGH PLAY AND EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING.

KIDS DISCOVERY MUSEUM OPERATES A CHILDREN'S MUSEUM TO PROVIDE EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION AND EXPLORATION WHICH IS OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. THE ORGANIZATION WELCOMED 8,900 VISITORS IN 2021. THE ORGANIZATION OFFERS 3 LEVELS OF MEMBERSHIP AND ALSO PROVIDES ACCESS THROUGH FREE AND REDUCED ADMISSION.
KIDS DISCOVERY MUSEUM RUNS A SMALL PRESCHOOL PROGRAM TO FILL A SERVICE GAP IN THE COMMUNITY FOR EARLY LEARNING. THE PRESCHOOL PROGRAM IS BUILT UPON THE MUSEUM'S MODEL OF EXPLORATORY LEARNING THROUGH PLAY. THE PRESCHOOL PROGRAM IS LIMITED TO 12 STUDENTS AND IS RUN BY TWO PROFESSIONAL STAFF MEMBERS.
