THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED AND SHALL BE OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR EDUCATIONAL, CHARITABLE, AND THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO CHILDREN PURPOSES AS DEFINED IN SECTION 501C(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, BY OPERATING FOR THE EXCLUSIVE BENEFIT OF HIGH SKY CHILDREN'S RANCH, INC. THE RANCH PROVIDES CHILD CARE FOR CHILDREN LIVING ON RANCH PREMISES AND IN COMMUNITY FOSTER HOMES, PROVIDES SOCIAL SERVICES RELATED TO COUNSELING AND PSYCHOLOGICAL WELFARE OF THE CHILDREN, AND PROVIDES CRISIS INTERVENTION SERVICES FOR FAMILIES WHERE THERE IS A HIGH RISK OF RUNAWAY.
