TAMPABAY-JOB-LINKS (TBJL) IS A SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY WHERE PEOPLE GAIN RELEVANT JOB-SEARCH AND CAREER TRANSITION SKILLS, HELPING THEM FIND EMPLOYMENT TO SUSTAIN THEMSELVES AND THEIR FAMILIES. BY HELPING PEOPLE TO DEFINE THEIR MARKETABLE WORTH, GIVING THEM KNOWLEDGE, BUILDING THEIR SELF-CONFIDENCE, AND MINIMIZING BARRIERS TO EMPLOYMENT, WE PREPARE OUR CLIENTS TO FIND MEANINGFUL WORK. TBJL PAIRS EACH CAREER COACHING PROGRAM PARTICIPANT WITH A PROFESSIONAL CAREER COACH WHO WORKS WITH THEM INDIVIDUALLY THROUGHOUT THE JOB-SEARCH PROCESS.
