AN ANNUAL CELEBRITY SOFTBALL GAME AND CONCERT WAS HELD ON MAY 15, 2016 AT THE DELL DIAMOND STADIUM IN ROUND ROCK, TEXAS. A CROWD OF APPROXIMATELY 3,000 ENJOYED THE GAME AND CONCERT WITH PERFORMANCES BY RECKLESS KELLY, WADE BOWEN , MUSSIE BRAUN, MICKEY AND THE MOTOR CARS, ROGER CLEMENS, PETERSON BROTHERS, WILLIAM CLARK GREEN AND MANY MORE. THE PROMOTION AND ADVERTISING OF THE ANNUAL EVENT AND THE GAME ITSELF RAISES AWARENESS TO THE COMMUNITY AND THE PARTICIPATING SPECTATORS OF HOW BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL BRING FAMILY AND FRIENDS TOGETHER FOR A FUN AND WHOLESOME TIME. SPECTATORS WITNESS FIRSTHAND HOW THE SPORT DEVELOPS CHARACTER, SPORTSMANSHIP, SOCIAL WELL BEING AND SUPERIOR CITIZENS AS ALL PARTICIPANTS IN THE GAME PLAY THE SPORT, HAVE A GOOD TIME AND RAISE MONEY FOR COMMUNITY PURPOSES. VARIOUS LITTLE LEAGUE AND MIRACLE LEAGUE REPRESENTATIVES WERE AT THE EVENT TO PROMOTE YOUTH SPORTS. THE ARTISTS DONATED THEIR TIME AND MOST OF THE COSTS THEY INCURRED TO TRAVEL AND PERFORM AT THE EVENT.
