LEGACY IS A COMMUNITY OF HOPE FOSTERING DISCOVERY, CREATIVITY, AND ACCOUNTABILITY IN YOUTH. LEGACY EXISTS TO EMPOWER TEENS THROUGH JOB READINESS AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, AND TO CONNECT YOUTH TO CHRIST THROUGH THE CREATIVE ARTS.

POTTERYWORKS IS ONE OF THE ENTERPRISES OFFERED BY LEGACYWORKS FOR AT RISK YOUTH. POTTERYWORKS PROVIDES THE YOUTH AN OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN ABOUT MARKETING AND ONLINE SELLING AS WELL AS THE PRODUCTION OF POTTERY PRODUCTS FOR RESALE. POTTERY WORKS SALES INCREASED APPROXIMATELY 12% ABOVE THE PRIOR YEAR SALES.
THE PURPOSE OF COFFEEWORKS IS ANOTHER AVENUE TO ENCOURANGE ENTREPRENEURSHIP FOR THE AT RISK YOUTH. COFFEEWORKS PROVIDES THE YOUTH WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN HOW TO ROAST COFFEE BEANS, HOW TO BECOME A BARISTA AND HOW TO MARKET THE PRODUCT THROUGH ONLINE RETAIL SALES AND MOBILE CART, ETC. FOR 2021, COFFEEWORKS SAW A 170% INCREASE OVER THE PRIOR YEAR SALES LEVEL.
GARDENWORKS IS ONE OF THE ENTERPRISES OFFERED BY LEGACYWORKS FOR THE AT RISK YOUTH. GARDENWORKS GROWS FRESH PRODUCE WHICH IS PROVIDED TO NUTRITIONALLY DEPRIVED AREAS. GARDENWORKS SALES INCREASED BY APPROXIMATELY 35% OVER THE PRIOR YEAR SALES.
