THE ORGANIZATION FOSTERS INDIVIDUAL STUDENT-ATHLETE GROWTH THROUGH A FOCUS ON THREE CORE PROGRAM AREAS: ACADEMIC COACHING AND MENTORING, HEALTH AND WELLNESS, AND COLLEGE AND CAREER READINESS INITIATIVES. THE ORGANIZATION PARTNERS WITH PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOLS TO HELP CLOSE THE OPPORTUNITY GAP FOR THOUSANDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN GRADES 9-12 ACROSS THE COMMONWEALTH.
