PROVIDED EDUCATIONAL STEM FOCUSED AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAMS AND SUMMER PROGRAMMING TO OVER 150 HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS AROUND THE KANSAS CITY METRO AREA. THE ORGANIZATION SERVES STUDENTS WHO ARE IN NEED OF EDUCATIONAL INTERVENTION AND LACK ADEQUATE SUPPORT FOR THEIR GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT. THE PROGRAMS USE PROJECT-BASED LEARNING AND ADULT-TO-STUDENT MENTORING RATIOS OF 1:2 AS THE BACKBONE OF THE PROGRAM TO TEACH PROBLEM SOLVING, CRITICAL THINKING, AND COLLABORATION THROUGH MATH, SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, INNOVATION AND COMMUNICATION.
