THE ORGANIZATION SUCCESSFULLY APPLIED FOR AND RECEIVED A GRANT OF HUD SECTION 202 FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,617,700. DURING 2011 $1,992,526 OF THESE FUNDS WERE SUBSEQUENTLY LOANED TO MONARCH SENIOR LIVING, L.P. AND USED TO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION OF A 45 UNIT LOW INCOME APARTMENT FOR SENIOR CITIZENS. DURING 2012, THE BALANCE OF $625,174 WAS RECEIVED AND SUBSEQUENTLY LOANED TO MONARCH SENIOR LIVING, L.P. THE APARTMENT COMPLEX IS LOCATED IN WEBSTER, NEW YORK AND WILL PROVIDE AFFORDABLE, DECENT AND SAFE HOUSING TO RESIDENTS IN NEED IN THAT COMMUNITY.
